Paul the Street Astonomer has been performing in Boise's Hyde Park since March 2005. On the 13th of every month (while the weather is pleasant) the North End Association sponsors a public event called 13 on 13. Musical performances along with other activites takes place at the center of Hyde Park, 13th and Eastman. Weather permitting, Paul the Street Astronomer also sets up a telescope for public viewing.
